Using insights uncovered through focus groups and in-depth interviews, we developed a new positioning and creative theme that brought Gaylord’s difference out to the whole region. So neither do their patients. They both truly believe that anything’s possible when you think positive. “Think Possible” got to the core of Gaylord and tied the brand to something bigger than care – the power of positive thinking. And that's as important, if not more important, than medicine when it comes to recovering from severe injuries and illnesses.
